Responsibilities

- Answer and direct phone calls

- Organize and schedule appointments

- Maintain filing system

- Input invoices from vendors, create invoices for customers in Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online

- Conduct rental property showings

Requirements

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task in an often high-paced environment

- Attention to detail and problem solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Office and Excel)

- 25-40 hours a week depending on candidate skill base

- Wage based on experience
