Our employment services are free, flexible and personalized to you. You may need a little help with your job search, or you may want more one-to-one support from an Employment Advisor. We’ll meet you where you are and help you build a plan that makes sense for you.

Connecting you to employers
Sometimes finding the right opportunity takes more than searching job postings.
KEYS works directly with local employers and can help connect you with opportunities that match your skills, interests and goals. For some job seekers, our team can also work with employers to help create a successful transition into the workplace.
Depending on your needs and eligibility, this may include job matching, work experience, on-the-job training, wage subsidies or other employment supports.
Support that continues after you’re hired
Our support doesn’t necessarily end when you get the job.
Starting a new position can bring new questions and challenges. We can provide coaching, problem-solving and other supports to help you adjust to your workplace, build confidence and succeed in your new role.
Prefer to job search independently?
You can also use KEYS Employment Resource Centre to access job search resources, labour market information, computers and other tools, with knowledgeable staff nearby when you need assistance.
