The Creating Enterprise Opportunities (CEO) Program is dedicated to empowering women to achieve greater social and economic power through entrepreneurship.

Whether you have an idea you’ve been holding onto or a small side-hustle business you’d like to grow, through training, mentorship, micro-financing and other customized supports, the CEO program will help you build the skills and confidence you are looking for.

To Be Eligible:
- You are motivated to make a change and work towards your business and financial goals
- Meet income eligibility criteria, or have only non-permanent work, or be experiencing financial hardship.
- Be a Canadian citizen, refugee, or permanent resident
