Effective July 13, 2020
Even though KEYS’ physical offices closed in March, we have continued to deliver programs and services to our community. In a matter of weeks, we made changes to our service delivery model: creating a suite of e-Services and ensuring that all of our programs continued to be available to those we serve.
As Ontario re-opens businesses and public spaces to the public, KEYS has been preparing to gradually and safely re-open our doors. Effective, 13th July, KEYS will welcome newcomers, job seekers and employers into our premises in controlled numbers and by appointment. We will continue to provide virtual services by phone, email and video meetings and clients will be able to choose how they want to be served by KEYS.
As we move forward with the gradual reopening of KEYS Job Centres, protecting the health and safety of our staff and clients is our main priority. Following public health guidelines, KEYS has put new safety measures in place in our buildings: such as mandatory masking in common areas, signage to manage physical distancing, limited seating in the Employment Resource Centre, clear barriers at service counters, and enhanced disinfecting of our offices.
Please check for updates on the status of our programs, including our virtual services, workshops and events at http://keys.ca/ and https://www.facebook.com/keysjobcentre/. Contact the Kingston or Gananoque office directly by email or phone to request an appointment.
We appreciate your continued support as we innovate and evolve to serve our community during this unprecedented time.
