Your Way: Women's Entrepreneurship Program

The YOUR WAY Program is designed to offer individual and group-based support to women entrepreneurs or aspiring women entrepreneurs who are racialized, newcomers or have a disability. The program is delivered in partnership with St. Lawrence College and the City of Kingston and is part of the WE-CAN project.

Your Way activities include:

• College-level business training from St. Lawrence College leading to a micro-credential
• For those pursuing food-related businesses, culinary training + access to a commercial kitchen at St Lawrence College
• Individual and group-based support to develop a business plan
• Mentoring & support from established entrepreneurs and relevant experts
• Relevant workshops and peer-support
• Individual support from the KEYS Women's Entrepreneurship Facilitator
• Branding & Marketing advice

To be eligible to participate in our program you must:

• Self-identify as a racialized, immigrant or disabled woman
• Be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Have an English level CLB 3+
• Have experienced difficulties to start or grow your business
• Able to commit to all project activities over a 3-6 month period
