Employer Tips for Using the KEYS Job Board

  1. REGISTRATION: All employers must be approved by KEYS before a business can post a job. We generally approve your account within one business day.  Once approved, you will receive an email to the address associated with the account, confirming that you can now post jobs.
  2. EDIT YOUR PROFILE/RESET YOUR PASSWORD: Once logged in, you can edit your employer profile. Forgot your password? Use the 'Forgot password' link on the login page to reset it at any time.
  3. POSTING A JOB: All jobs are approved by KEYS before going live. We generally approve all postings within a few hours - one business day is our maximum time.
  1. ADDING ADDITIONAL CO-WORKERS TO YOUR ACCOUNT: A business can permit several staff to post jobs on their behalf. Staff, with business permission to post jobs, are referred to as 'co-workers' in your account. Once you add someone as a co-worker, they will receive an email. They must accept (by responding to the link), to be added to the account. Once they accept, co-workers are active immediately and can post jobs on behalf of your business.
  2. VIDEO LIBRARY: We have created a library of helpful videos to show you how to use aspects of the job board as an employer. You can find the link to these videos in the main menu (under Job Board > Employer Account > Employer Video Library)
