KEYS offers daytime, online and evening English classes through the LINC program.
LINC Program
LINC classes are available to eligible newcomers – Permanent Residents and Convention Refugees.
Join KEYS to learn in a friendly and comfortable environment! Students can learn and improve their communication skills for Life in Canada and the Workplace.
Our classes focus on: Workplace culture, Academic English, Conversation and Listening, Reading and Vocabulary Building, Writing, Presentation Skills, Pronunciation and IELTs test preparation.
LINC students can access:
- Parking (limited availability).
- Bus tickets (must qualify).
- Special courses such as online or blended options.
- Guest speakers & field trips.

Our classes are funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, under the LINC program.
The levels are based on the Canadian Language Benchmark Framework, which you can find out more about here. In order to participate in our LINC English classes, students must first get a free language assessment.

KEYS offers daytime, online and evening classes to help you learn English and settle in your community!

Daytime classes for levels Pre-intermediate (CLB 3–4), Intermediate (CLB 5–6) and Advanced (CLB 7–8):
Morning classes – in-person at KEYS. 9:00am – 11:30am, Monday to Thursday
Afternoon classes – 100% online. Study from home! – 12:30pm – 3:00pm, Monday to Thursday
Part-time classes for Beginners (CLB 1–2) and Pre-intermediate (CLB 3–4):
Evening Classes – in person at KEYS. 5:30pm – 8:00pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays
