Integrating immigrants into the social, political, and economic fabric of the Kingston community

The Diversity Works symposium will bring together newcomers, employers and service providers to recognize and explore the value experienced newcomers bring to the workplace and to foster inclusive work environments. Join us for a vibrant day with keynote speaker Debbie Douglas, Executive Director of the Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants (OCASI), a panel discussion of best practices, breakout sessions, networking lunch and newcomer business exhibition. The symposium will provide many opportunities for constructive discussion between participants as we work towards building an inclusive Kingston workforce.
