Become a Mentor!

KEYS offers 3 different mentoring opportunities to fit the availability and interest of volunteer mentors and youth.

One-to-one Mentoring

Share your expertise and experience one-to-one with a youth, over a 5 month period for an average of 1–2 hours each week. Training and continuous support will be provided throughout.

Quick Connect

Help to expand a young person’s exposure to the world of work by committing to one face-to-face meeting with the youth, spending time to facilitate a tour of the workplace and explain the career path related to this field of work.

Group Mentoring Events

Connect with several youth in a networking setting and share your knowledge about the job market, the job search process, career options, tools for success or occupation-specific information.
