About the Role

As a Financial Advisor Associate, you will work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to help them achieve their financial goals through insurance, investment, and wealth planning solutions.

This is a commission-only role, designed for ambitious professionals seeking unlimited earning potential. Advisors receive 100% of their earned commissions and bonuses while benefiting from ongoing coaching, agency support, and a collaborative team environment.

The position offers a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to work both remotely and from our Kingston office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop and grow your personal book of business.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
  • Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and relationship-building.
  • Conduct client reviews and provide ongoing service.
  • Assist clients with:
    • Life insurance planning
    • Investment and wealth accumulation strategies
    • Retirement planning
    • Risk management solutions
    • Estate and legacy planning
  • Maintain accurate client records and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize digital tools and CRM technology to manage business activities effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Required

  • Life Insurance License and/or Mutual Fund License.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Passion for helping clients achieve financial security.

Preferred

  • Previous sales, customer service, financial services, or business development experience.
  • Life Insurance and Mutual Fund licensing.
  • CFP®, CLU®, or other financial planning designations (or interest in obtaining them).
  • Community involvement and networking experience.
