Job Description:

Immediate start.

8-40 hours/ week

Wage: $18.00/hr

Shifts are to be scheduled are between Monday-Sunday between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Hiring mulitple positions.

Clean Sweep Cleaning Services is currently seeking a qualified cleaning professional to perform daily maintenance cleaning and sanitation duties on a part-time basis. We are looking for a team member who has a strong work ethic and is extremely reliable.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Vacuuming, mopping and maintaining cleanliness of common areas of apartment complex/ condos. ( i.e: Lobbies, laundry rooms, elevators, washrooms, social rooms.)
• Cleaning and dusting of hard surfaces
• Light window cleaning
• Occasional move-in/ move out apartment cleaning when directed
• Garbage/recycling removal
• Uphold standards of cleanliness set forth by supervisors
• performing other duties as assigned or directed

Qualifications:

• Must have own transportation; varying work locations but all in the Kingston area.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have a clean CPIC or ability to obtain
• Up-to -date WHMIS or ability to obtain
• Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties
• Ability to do light lifting
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Excellent customer service and ability to follow direction and policies and procedures
• Must be able to be available a minimum of two weekends per month and accept shifts with 24 hours notice
