We currently have an opening for an experienced Maintenance worker for both residential and commercial buildings. This individual will be a key member of our property management team. Qualifications:

- Friendly, Customer service orientated

- Must be reliable, hard worker, and a self-starter.

- Skilled in all areas of building maintenance including plumbing, drywall repairs, painting, etc.

- Must have clean CPIC and valid Driver’s License.

- Enjoy working in a fast paced business environment with high standards.
