Job Description:

We are seeking a supervisor to oversee and coordinate the serving of meals at our takeout window at the weekends. This is a part-time, contract position.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience and ability to lead, supervise and support volunteers.
• A commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction, with the ability to deal with crisis and conflict situations.
• Commercial kitchen experience an asset, but not essential.
• Up-to-date Safe Food Handling and First Aid certifications required, although paid training will be given if necessary.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

What we can offer you:

• Exact hours to be confirmed, but the position will be for a total of 15 hours, spread over Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Wage: $18.00 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay.
• Limited free staff parking, on a first come/first served basis.
