Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Hospitality Supervisor, the Bartender/Snack Bar Attendant greets customers, prepares and serves mixed drinks, wine, draft, or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages, as required. She/he takes customers' orders, and serves customers at counter, as required. She/he prepares food, portions and wraps food or places it directly on plates for service to patrons, packages takeout food, and stocks refrigerators and refills beverage machine.

Qualifications:

High school diploma AND some bartender experience

OR

An acceptable combination of education, training and experience will also be considered

AND

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Ontario

Must possess a Provincial Responsible Service of Alcohol certification

Language requirement: English Essential

Experience Requirements:

  • In food and beverage preparation
  • In food and beverage service
  • In serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • In cash handling
  • In preparing bank deposits and floats

Salary: $14.21/hr- $17.48/hr
