THE ROLE:

The Facility Attendant greets visitors; establishes nature of business and directs visitors to appropriate area or person. They ensure access to the facility, equipment and services is by authorized clients only. They provide clients with information regarding the facility, services and activities. They open and close the facility in accordance with security regulations and address minor disputes and refer conflicts between clients to appropriate authority.

THE LOCATION:

Fitness, sports, recreation and health promotion programs are delivered by PSP on Bases, Wings and Units across Canada and in deployed operations. PSP delivers evidence-based programs, which contribute to the health and well-being of the military community and operational effectiveness of the CAF.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

High school diploma AND some years’ experience in a related field

OR

An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered

AND

Current CPR and basic First Aid qualifications

Experience In:

  • Providing customer service

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership (our shared competencies).
