The Workplace Inclusion Charter is designed for businesses and organizations of all sizes and at all stages of advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

 

By signing the Charter Declaration, organizations are taking the first step toward becoming more inclusive. All signatories commit to develop and implement an action plan for their organizations that will improve inclusion for a particular population over the course of one year.

If you are a Workplace Inclusion Charter (WIC) Employer Partner and would like to stay engaged with us while accessing tools to support your organization through an inclusive lens, we invite you to join the WIC Community of Practice.

The WIC Community of Practice is a growing, thoughtfully curated platform where employer partners can access additional support, explore diverse and inclusive best practices, and stay informed about relevant events across the broader ecosystem. Over time, it will continue to evolve into an increasingly collaborative and engaging community that supports ongoing learning and shared impact.
