Welcome to the Harbour Kitchen (HCK), Kingston’s business incubator for women-led, food-based enterprises.
Whether you’re transforming a family recipe into your first business or growing a home-based food venture, the Harbour Community Kitchen provides the kitchen, expertise, mentorship, and business support to help you succeed.
With generous support from the City of Kingston, the Harbour Community Kitchen was created to remove those barriers.
The Harbour Community Kitchen is a business incubator designed to help women entrepreneurs launch and grow successful food businesses. Participants gain access to a fully equipped commercial kitchen, along with business coaching, mentorship, entrepreneurial training, peer support, and a collaborative community that helps turn promising ideas into thriving enterprises.
The Harbour Community Kitchen focuses on support to newcomer, racialized and Indigenous women and women with disabilities; and offers:
- Entrepreneurial support and connection to community services
- Learning and mentoring opportunities for participants
- Commercial kitchen space for program participants
