The Woodview Inn is a luxurious boutique hotel in Gananoque, nestled in the heart of the beautiful 1000 Islands. With exquisite accommodations, and unparalleled service, we provide guests with an unforgettable experience of comfort and elegance of a bygone era.

We are currently seeking meticulous and dedicated individuals to join our housekeeping team at The Woodview Inn. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and pristine condition of our guest rooms and suites, ensuring that every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Responsibilities:

· Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and suites according to established standards and procedures.

· Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels.

· Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture.

· Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.

· Replenish supplies such as toiletries, tissues, and coffee/tea.

· Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues or damage and report them as appropriate.

· Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment for guests and staff.

· Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.

· Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred, but not required.

· Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

· Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.

· Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects.

· Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service to guests.
