Join our friendly kitchen team at our vintage waterside hotel and restaurant with nightly live music! We’re looking for passionate Grill Cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen.
You’ll prepare fresh, high-quality dishes, maintain a clean work area, and work closely with our kitchen team to deliver a variety of creative and hearty food for an exceptional dining experience. You’ll handle ingredient prep, grill station duties, and plating, ensuring every dish meets our quality standards. We offer shared/pooled tips, staff meal discounts and a chance to be part of a close team!
Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards
Maintain food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with prep work and inventory management
