309A Journeyperson Electrician $40/hr + Benefits + Pension

We are recruiting 309A Licenced Journeyperson Electricians with a focus on residential home service in Kingston and surrounding areas for year-round employment. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individuals who enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general residential electrical service, maintenance, and repair work with some commercial work.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in residential wiring, circuits, and components.
• Install, replace, and upgrade electrical panels, devices, and fixtures in accordance with the CEC.
• Complete service calls and minor renovation work efficiently and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Maintain accurate records of all service and labour performed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must possess a valid 309A Journeyperson Electrician Construction and Maintenance Journeyperson Licence for Ontario
• Experience in residential service work required.
• Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable transportation.
• Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Preference given to candidates seeking casual, flexible work, including retired professionals.

Compensation

$40 per hour, paid weekly.
