Location: 395 Earl St, Kingston, ON K7L 2J6 - High-traffic area near Queen’s University
Compensation: Monthly Chair Rental or Commission based
Schedule: 6–8 hours per day; extended hours available
Client Flow: Walk-ins only

About the Role:

We are seeking Licensed or skilled experienced professional Hair Stylists/Barbers who can confidently provide a broad range of modern, classic cuts and styles for a large clientele base across all hair types. Each Stylist operates from their own dedicated chair and workstation allowing you to manage your tools, supplies and workflow while sharing responsibilities for common areas.  Ability to promote with your existing clients and provide hair services and excellent customer service to help build new clientele working independently in a busy Studio environment with strong foot traffic from Queen’s University and the Kingston area.

• Copy of License and/or formal education and training in the industry
• Have strong communication skills and professional conduct
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ability to maintain a clean, health-standard-compliant station and work area
• Comfortable working independently and as a Team
• Responsible for your own professional tools, supplies and equipment
