Server

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team. As a Server, you will play a pivotal role in providing guests with a premium dining experience by delivering exceptional service, taking orders, and ensuring that guests' needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests or inquiries.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash and credit card transactions in compliance with restaurant policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and resetting utensils.

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including wine and cocktail service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Smart Serve certification, or willingness to obtain certification, essential.
