Front of House Working Manager

The Old English Pub is currently seeking a Full-Time Front of House Working Manager to join our amazing team in a beautiful restaurant/pub setting! The successful candidate will take an active role in the day-to-day operation of the front of house while helping lead and support the team.

Job Description:

• Setting and managing staff schedules
• Ordering wine, beer, and liquor
• Training and supporting staff
• Assisting with promotions
• Overseeing front-of-house operations
• Additional management duties as required

Requirements: 

• Previous restaurant, pub, hospitality, or supervisory experience is an asset
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be flexible with hours and scheduling
• Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
