- Barge and Excavator operation
- Perform welding and fabrication for marine construction
- Work safely and efficiently on barges
- Assist with dock construction, pile driving, and shoreline stabilization
- Operate and maintain marine and construction tools and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and marine regulations

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Welding experience with certifications (CWB or the equivalent)
- Experience with marine construction and working on barges
- Strong understanding of marine safety practices
- Ability to work long hours on the water and perform physical labour
- Valid driver’s license and boaters license
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Excavator and loader heavy equipment experience
