Salesperson

Job Description:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable automotive parts and products.
• Explain product features and benefits to support purchasing decisions.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain knowledge of products, inventory, and industry trends.
• Assist with inventory management and store organization.
• Help maintain an attractive and organized sales floor.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to process transactions and assist with inventory management.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
